    Property Upsurge is a dynamic, local real estate investment firm that is growing throughout Northern California. We broker new real estate deals, perform the revitalization of dilapidated properties, and run a property management company. Our company has an upbeat, exciting culture and no two days are the same in our organization.

    Gotta Eatta Pita is a restaurant start-up company that is looking to expand into the Bay Area. We are a quick service, fresh Mediterranean restaurant concept that bakes its own pita bread, makes everything from scratch, and offers our customers something that is unparalleled in our market.

    We are looking for an ambitious individual who has the ultimate can do attitude. The candidate we are looking for must be HIGHLY motivated, enjoy challenges, and is open to learning new concepts. This position has huge potential for growth and professional development.

    Responsibilities:

    • Assist with all escrow documents on our purchases and sales.
    • Assist the executive team with projects and high leverage tasks.
    • Monitor and manage operational logs.
    • Composing and writing routine business correspondence both through email and letter formats.
    • Manage vendors, clients, and tenants in a professional and motivational manner.
    • Maintain an organized filing system for all company records.

    Requirements:

    • You must have the ability to learn and apply new concepts quickly.
    • You must have a bachelor's degree.
    • You must possess the ability to keep a high level of confidentiality and embrace exceptional integrity.
    • You must be a team player.
    • You must be a very proactive, solution-based thinker with the outlook of always being results driven.
    • You must have your own means of transportation.

    Compensation:

    • Based on experience.
    • Medical Insurance.
    • Paid Vacations.
    • Paid Real Estate License Courses through Allied Schools + Application/Examination Fees.

    Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
