Job Description:
Provides operational support related to property and materials receipt, delivery, disposition and set-up, maintains property records and schedules, sets up and removes furniture, equipment and signage for meetings or events, and/or provides document imaging, archival and distribution support.
• Tentative start date will be dependent upon interviews conducted, onboarding completed, and the state agency issuing a PO.

Essential Duties
Receives and accounts for merchandise, equipment, documents and materials; reviews and verifies order documentation; and/or performs materials inspection for transit damage
Makes deliveries of materials, documents, equipment and supplies
Conducts periodic inventories of supplies, property and materials
Retrieves information and enters or updates information in reports, logs or other documentation or record-keeping system
Performs facility or office space set-up for meetings or events
Assists with inventories of supplies and materials
Responds to work order requests
Adheres to applicable policies and procedures
Performs other duties as assigned
Performing document imaging, binding and document archival support
Assisting in receiving, sorting, metering and distributing mail
Performing facility set-up of furniture and/or basic equipment for meetings or events
Preparing, verifying and issuing copy service invoices
Receiving and maintaining records of surplus property
Working with vendors regarding service and repair of equipment
Maintaining directional signage for events and meetings
Scheduling vehicle use
Verifying purchase orders and merchandise received
Tagging and delivering merchandise
Providing notification of shortages and overages
Conducting capital equipment inventories
Working with vendors to ship materials
Collecting obsolete equipment and delivering surplus property for disposal
Unloading, moving and assembling furniture
Performing preventative maintenance and inspections of vehicles and equipment
Assisting in the physical inventory of equipment tools and furniture
Conducting safety inspections and calibrating equipment
Issuing tools and equipment
Maintaining an automated inventory control system
Monitoring the use of supplies and order supplies as needed
