    READ VERY CAREFULLY FOR INSTRUCTIONS  The ideal candidate will be experienced in providing a wide range of executive and personal support. This successful applicant will be well organized, highly flexible and self directed, with excellent judgment and the ability to anticipate needs.  This professional will enjoy successfully handling the challenges associated with the CEO's responsibilities and daily life.  Must be able to interact with professionals at all levels in an appropriate manner, and juggle a fast-paced environment, constantly changing schedule and intensive deadlines.  The ability to remain flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient is essential, all with a high level of professionalism.  The applicant will have excellent spelling and grammar skills as the job will require the creating and managing emails and newsletters. Responsibilities: • Manage and coordinate extensive travel arrangements, both professional and personal. • Act as a project manager for special projects, at the request of the CEO, which may include: planning and coordinating multiple presentations, online webinars, affiliate relations, publishing newsletters, proof reading content, invoice/expense reporting, etc. • Provide administrative support to the executives in a variety of capacities including telephone coverage, email response. • Email, phone and Calendar Management, scheduling professional and personal appointments, etc. • Personal errands Other duties as assigned Qualifications: • HS Diploma required • Bachelor's Degree preferred • 5+ years experience as top assistant to the manager or owner of a thriving private business • Excellent and proactive calendar management skills • Expert written and verbal communication skills and strong decision making ability are essential • Excellent organizational skills and devotion to detail Mastery of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. • Support experience in a professional media or marketing environment is HUGE plus • Event management experience is a plus • A strong work ethic is a must Compensation: $10 - $15 hourly
