Responsibilities: • Assist sellers in getting their properties listed on the real estate board’s MLS® Systems, REALTOR.ca, and various real estate advertising websites through REALTOR.ca’s Data Distribution Facility (DDF®). • Work with sellers to develop a strategic pricing approach aimed at maximizing their property's value. • Guide sellers through the offers, negotiations, and paperwork process, offering expert advice and assistance to ensure a successful sale. • Manage property showings to save sellers time and accommodate private buyer viewings, potentially generating leads. • Assist buyers with their purchasing requirements while providing Commission Rebates to enhance their experience. Qualifications: • To be considered for this position, you must have a valid Alberta Real Estate License. • You need to be legally authorized to work in Canada. • Joining PG Direct Realty Ltd as an Independent Consultant is required. • The ideal candidate should be self-motivated and driven. • Strong organizational and time management skills are necessary. • Preferably, you should have a proven track record of past sales experience. • Being tech-enabled and tech-savvy is a must. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills are essential. Compensation: $100,000 at plan commission
