    Dynamic Group is a U.S. limited liability company with over 18 years of diverse experience in government contracting and Dynamic is uniquely positioned to respond to disaster events throughout the United States with services that include debris removal, sand and silt removal and processing, drainage and maintenance, dredging, single family housing construction, general building construction, roadway construction and clearing, roofing assistance, environmental assessments, and extensive project and construction management. Dynamic specializes in governmental construction, general building construction, project management and disaster recovery services with an emphasis on heavy, civil construction, storm related recovery and immediate response efforts. We have performed construction and project management related duties in response to COVID-19 events in Louisiana, hurricanes Laura, Delta, Katrina, Gustav, Ike, Sandy, the 2016 great flood in Louisiana, Irma, Maria, Florence and have worked with multiple states and local municipalities on specific recovery efforts and needs.

    Job Summary: A Proposal Administrator supports the development and submission of business proposals by coordinating documentation, managing deadlines, and ensuring compliance with client and company requirements. They work closely with proposal managers, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders to gather content and maintain version control. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in formatting and editing documents is also essential.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Maintains bid folders by adding new documents as they are released

    Maintains log in information database

    Calendars all bid due dates and maintain bid spreadsheet and bid information form with relevant information

    Fills in forms and organizes having forms signed and notarized in advance of proposal deadline

    Creates FedEx labels for proposal delivery and notates delivery time windows

    Tracks bid bond and insurance requests with internal personnel as required

    Scans and inserts finalized forms into electronic version and scans the finalized original proposal for inclusion in the file

    Prints requested number of copies and produces proposals in accordance with Closeout Checklist

    Binds proposals and packages them in compliance with delivery instructions

    Saves FedEx tracking information, notes, and bid documents in submission folder

    Tracks proposal delivery via FedEx

    Reads all bid documents and comes up with questions regarding form requirements, packaging, delivery instructions, bid inconsistencies, etc.

    Confirm registration with agency jurisdictions, tracking Q&A, & general requests from jurisdictions

    Checks for Addenda daily for all bids being produce in the next 2 weeks (documented in QB)
