    Key Responsibilities

    • Deliver fully compliant, compelling proposals aligned with customer requirements.

    • Lead and oversee all proposal activities, including directing proposal teams, managing schedules, and tracking progress to meet deadlines.

    • Partner with Capture Managers to incorporate win strategies and solutions into structured, compliant proposals.

    • Contribute to the development and review of proposal strategies, themes, and messaging.

    • Develop proposal outlines to serve as the foundation for document design, structure, and compliance control.

    • Analyze RFP and bid requirements against proposal outlines to ensure responsiveness and compliance.

    • Build and maintain compliance matrices to track fulfillment of all requirements.

    Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

    • Expertise in all aspects of proposal development and management.

    • Strong understanding of business development, capture strategies, and government contracting practices.

    • Ability to connect technical solutions with broader business growth strategies.

    • Skilled at building and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders.

    • Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

    • Experienced in leading diverse teams where independent judgment and collaboration are critical to success.

     

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required plus a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree plus a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience to meet managerial expectations.

    CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS:

    Department of Defense Top Secret security clearance with a Polygraph is required at time of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

    U.S. citizenship is required.
