 Spinnaker SCS , has immediate Full Time opening(s) for SAP SOLUTION ARCHITECT (PP/MM) -PROCUREMENT & PRODUCTION SME

LOCATION: SAN JOSE AREA, CA

DURATION:   6 MONTHS PLUS

BILL RATE: OPEN

POSITION TYPE : CONTRACT / CONSULTING (INDEPENDENTS, 1099, OR C2C)

ROLE:

SAP solution architect capable of helping migrate a small acquisition company using SAP onto the acquiring company’s SAP system. The acquired company has limited IT staff and investigation will be required to review and understand data structures and transaction workflows and develop the strategy for on-boarding the acquired company into the new SAP environment and addressing any issues that are identified.

EXPERIENCE:

• 8 + years of experience in functional design and implementation of SAP Production Planning and Materials Management including Inventory Management modules.
• Post-merger integration is a plus.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

• Experience in SAP configuration and business processes in Manufacturing, Planning and Materials Management areas
• Expertise in the integration with other ECC modules.
• Experience with integration with third-party demand/supply planning solutions is a nice-to-have.
• Experience in inventory and production control work with production orders, stock transfers, purchasing
• Experience in designing and implementing SAP with MES (manufacturing Execution System) and related business processes
• Experience in PLM processes such as ECO, Material master, BOMs
• Positive relationship building skills, internally within IT and with business users.
• Capability to lead or execute sophisticated assignments and projects independently.
