We are seeking an experienced Integrator to streamline and oversee our operational processes, ensuring efficiency and scalability as we expand into new markets and verticals. This role is designed for someone with executive-level experience, offering the opportunity to significantly impact our strategic direction and growth. Responsibilities: • Lead the operational strategy, optimizing and scaling business processes across various departments such as Marketing, Sales, and HR. • Spearhead the company's expansion efforts, identifying new market opportunities and ensuring operational readiness and efficiency in new ventures as well as protecting bottom line profit and loss. • Foster a vibrant company culture, promoting innovation and a high-performance environment. • Provide comprehensive operational reports and insights, driving data-informed decisions at the executive level. • Collaborate directly with the CEO to align operational strategies with overarching business objectives. Qualifications: • Proven executive experience, ideally as a COO or similar role, with a track record in operational excellence and team leadership. • Strong background in marketing, remote team management, and/or the solar industry. • Exceptional organizational and leadership skills. • Proficient in data analysis and performance metrics. • BSC/BA in Business Administration; MSC/MBA highly preferred. Compensation: $80,000 - $120,000 yearly + bonuses
