    Job Description

    The Corporate Centre IT CTO team has a requirement for an Enterprise Architect specialized in ERP and Service Management. We are looking for an experienced IT professional who has sound Enterprise Architecture experience and general IT management competencies.
    Banking Group technology operates an existing diverse portfolio of application solutions for financial planning, forecasting and management and is additionally looking to strengthen the toolsets that support Service Management. Below are the primary example areas:
    • Product & Service Development Expense & CAPEX planning
    • Product & Service delivery planning & operational data collection
    • Internal & External Workforce + CAPEX planning
    • Investment, Program, & Project portfolio planning, administration & controlling
    • Service & Product portfolio architecture, roadmap, and demand planning
    • Product & Service costing + consumer (cost) allocations
    • Custom Software and Intangible Asset Accounting & reporting
    • Internal/Charge-back costing and billing
    • Vendor and Supplier Invoice and expense management
    • Product, Services, and Resource Procurement
    • Human Capital Management
    The role is to develop an integrated target state together with vendor partners, key internal stakeholders and the associated business case to support the target state.

    Required Skills and Experience
    • University educated, Experienced Presenter up to ‘C’ level in organization
    • Highly organized and ability to effectively prioritize complex bodies of work
    • Experience supporting Service & Product Management, Project and portfolio Management, procurement, IT financial management or HCM systems.
    • Ability to quickly build rapport with key subject matter experts and gather, process and structure information quickly
    • Ability to decompose complex problems in a structured fashion, perform analysis on potential solutions from both business and technology viewpoint. Perform product evaluation
    • Working knowledge of enterprise architecture methodologies e.g. TOGAF, as well as SDLC / ITIL / COBIT
    • SAP ERP experience is desirable, especially SAP HANA technology.
    • 5 years relevant experience in the Global Financial Services Industry.

    • The role is to develop an integrated target state together with vendor partners, key internal stakeholders and the associated business case to support the target state. Role will require:
    o Identification of opportunities to rationalize and converge platforms and definition of roadmaps to realize vision.
    o Identification of cost saving / efficiency opportunities within the existing landscape while striving to deliver best practice solutions.
    o Providing architectural input into key program + implementation decisions
    o The CTO team is required to successfully lead all parties to a conclusion that fully considers the business, technical and financial implications. This requires a highly skilled manager who is able to establish the merits of the differing inputs, broker agreements and maintain acceptance across a range of interested parties.
    The working hours will be M-F 8hrs / day– We do work in a global environment which means early mornings in Nashville.
