BASIC PURPOSE:
The primary responsibility of the Director, Shared Services Operations is to work with the respective Shared Services departments to analyze problem areas, recommend and implement solutions for optimum operational efficiency. The Director has in depth knowledge of the order to cash process, SOX controls, and middle office systems, and is able to analyze processes and recommend both process and system changes, and will work in close partnership with IT, Operations and the appropriate Shared Services departments.
The function of this role is a key element of the enterprise strategy to implement a single middle office and AR system in 2021-2022, therefore the Director will be expected to work on all aspect of these projects, from requirement, configuration, testing, and training, to go-live.
