Prosperity Capital Partners is looking for a determined individual to deliver WOW experiences to our existing investor base; handle and close incoming investor referrals and leads; as well as prospect and meet new investors, potential wealth managers, and 1031 partners. Assisting in content development, onboarding new investors, preparing investor presentations, and converting leads into appointments. This position requires experience in investment/wealth management, raising capital from HNW, and offers a base salary with a generous bonus structure easily achieving 6 figures! Responsibilities: • Build relationships with existing clients for the purpose of communicating on their investments and having them invest in new real estate offerings. • Daily prospecting of existing incoming leads, contacting via phone and email in order to set appointments to qualify on investment objectives. • Conducting quarterly reviews with existing clients to review real estate investment performance as well as uncover new investment desires. • Assisting with the conducting of seminars to introduce people to real estate investing and implement new investments. • Responsible for the full implementation process of new investors. Qualifications: • Investment sales experience. • Experience or involvement in real estate. • Great communication and follow-up skills. • Ability to execute well with a team. • Excellent abilities to work within CRM and computer systems. Compensation: $65,000 - $100,000+ Yearly
