The Leasing Agent will market properties utilizing social media and websites and set up showings and open houses. Responsibilities: • Promote available properties using various social media and websites to help ensure quick rental contracts • Establish rental rates by researching local markets and calculating costs to ensure fair and accurate pricing • Show prospective tenants properties and highlight the provided amenities to help ensure rental contract • Validate all personal references and rental application information • Negotiate leasing terms and conditions and close the deal Qualifications: • A proven record of sales experience and success • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal • Ability to use computer programs such as Microsoft Office, Excel and Publisher • Working knowledge of real estate law and leasing practices • Ability to use multifamily operating software: Yardi, AppFolio, OneSite, Entrata Compensation: $16 - $18 hourly
