We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented financial analyst admin to help keep our financial information and property information in order and up to date. This role will gather detailed information on expenditures related to capital projects, reconcile them with the budgeted spending, and present reimbursement requests to lenders with necessary support. Additionally, there will be involvement in bookkeeping, responsibilities including producing financial reports, lender draw packages, and recording accurate information in QuickBooks along with smaller project management projects. The primary focus will be accounting in all areas, including residential bookkeeping, lender reporting, administrative assistance with the Asset Management team, accurate tracking of reporting for our assets to lenders, investors, and management, and auditing apartment complex transactions. Responsibilities: • Lender draw package consolidation and submission • Make sure accounts receivable/payable are complete • Perform bookkeeping duties: Maintain data on financial statements • Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process • Administrative involvement with investor communications, Asset Management reporting, and assistance. Qualifications: • At least 2 years of work experience at an accounting firm or as a cost accountant, management accountant, bookkeeper, or related position • Worked previously with basic accounting systems, QuickBooks, and Excel • Must be detailed oriented with a high degree of accuracy • Must exhibit exemplary problem-solving, communication, and time-management skills • Exceptional knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) • Property management experience is a plus • Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field Compensation: $50,000 - $65,000
