The person in this position will coordinate the forecasting, production process and delivery of our products, coordinating with all internal departments as well as outside vendors.

Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize, and organize a diversified workload. Candidates must be able to perform in a challenging, fast-paced environment and work independently on day-to-day responsibilities as well as special projects.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Advanced knowledge of Excel.
• Prior experience in managing or coordinating in a business operations role; vendor management experience a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in business logistics, supply chain, or similar major; experience will be considered in lieu of degree.
• Aptitude for learning new systems quickly.
• Excellent attention to detail and highly organized.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate with all level inside and outside the organization.
• Problem solver and ability to think outside the box.
• A "can do" attitude and flexibility to help the team where needed.
