    HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

    • Effectively communicating information related to life insurance policy coverage and buying process to a qualified list of warm inbound prospects. Managing call lists and supervising follow ups. Dealing with internal and external customers in a timely manner.
    • Be Strategic and Analytical – Insights and data-driven capable of contributing at the strategic level and also able to help build at the tactical level. We need this established marketing leader to be consumer-centric and naturally curious with a sense for solving problems that others may not realize exist and to push beyond the status quo.
    • Create the Future – Shape a growth portfolio for the next 3 plus years and ensure the long-term health of our brands; strong Team Leadership in developing the game plan to grow.

    YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

    Preferred But Not Required:

    Life Insurance License (Preferred)

    Preferably in Business or Insurance related field

    Strong knowledge of CPG marketing vehicles and marketing fundamentals, particularly high-impact consumer promotions, and advertising.

    Strong leadership & communication skills, both written and verbal plus the ability to perceive and present information both analytically and creatively, to all levels of the organization, including executive.

    Nielsen/IRI/SPINs or similar market analysis database to drive business decisions and generate insights to understand consumer behavior.

    Experience partnering with cross-functional teams and agency partners.

    Entrepreneurial spirit, humility, a servant mindset, and a passion for winning.

    Pay will be based on a weekly and or monthly basis based on experience, availability and results. With Bonuses available for sales that you follow through the pipeline to policy coverage.
