Job Description
The ERP System Administrator is responsible for all day-to-day support of multiple ERP systems. This includes user setup, role administration, triage of user issues, and configuration of system processes.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Troubleshoot and resolve ERP administration and application issues
- Develop and manage security profiles for users inside the ERP
- Perform data uploads
- Assist in any ERP projects as a technical resource
- Identify business reporting needs and suggest the appropriate report(s)
- Serve as a backup to the EDI team
- Setup and debug integrations with FedEx, UPS and other third-party systems
- ERP systems include Eclipse and Syspro. Others to a lesser degree.
- Document administration processes
- Be a “go-to” person for all things ERP related
RELATIONSHIPS:
- Interfaces with other IT resources and business users locally, domestically, and internationally.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- Associates or Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science or Business Administration or equivalent real-world experience.
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:
- Three to five years experience managing a modern ERP environment
- Configuring and supporting a multi-office IT Infrastructure environment with a minimum of 50 global users.
- Ability to document processes and steps
