This is a fully remote role supporting The National Institutes of Health.

Selected candidate will be required to visit NIH in Bethesda for badging purposes before being able to officially start. Badging process takes 3-4 weeks. Candidate must be comfortable with that process. If looking for immediate employment where you can start tomorrow, this is not the opportunity for you.

Qualified candidates must be U.S. Citizens or hold a physical Green Card (no EAD, F1 or H1 candidates can be considered)

Net CSS/React Developer Job Description
The .Net CSS/React Developer develops applications in C#. This position will support multiple clients at the National Institutes of Health. As a highly motivated individual, the developer will have good organizational and communication skills with experience integrating or enhancing COTS products.

Responsibilities:
Primary responsibilities for this position include:

• Implementing React front-end into new and existing .Net applications

_ Required Skills and Experience:_
The ideal candidate must have the following skills and qualifications:

• Four years experience developing database driven applications in .NET using C#
• Two years experience developing workflow systems
• Must have strong CSS and React skills , ideally with USWDS
• Preferable to have experience with workflow products including K2 Blackpearl, SharePoint Workflow, or PowerApps/LogicApps
• Ideal candidate would have SharePoint 2016/2019/SPO development experience
• Experience with React/Angular, SOA, SPFX, JQuery, XML, HTML, CSS & JavaScript
• Strong SQL (ideally both SQL Server and Oracle) experience writing procedures
• Experienced with Visual Studio .NET, MS Visio, VSS or TFS
• Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle standards
• Excellent oral & written communication skills
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Math, Physics, Engineering, or equivalent
• Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle standards
• Able to work under pressure, multi-task and collaborate with others to achieve goals
• Experience with Visual Studio .NET, SharePoint, Azure DevOps, Drupal, MS Visio, VSS or TFS
• Ideal candidate would have experience working on systems at NIH
• MCSE/MCSD certification preferred
• Must be able to pass government public trust clearance
