    Job Description

    Proud Moments ABA is a behavioral health organization, providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for children on the autism spectrum from birth to age 21.  Proud Moments is a haven of knowledge and expertise for parents of children diagnosed on the autism spectrum.  Our highly qualified BCBA/LBAs (Board Certified Behavior Analysts/ Licensed Behavior Analysts) possess years of experience and training and utilize their extensive skills to improve social, behavioral and adaptive skills with individually tailored programs. Proud Moments ABA services the five boroughs of NYC, Long Island, New Jersey, Syracuse, Rochester, Nevada, Nashville, TN and the DC/ Maryland area.   We offer expert treatment, innovative techniques, and compassionate, child-centered care, scheduled at families’ convenience.  

     

    SUMMARY:

    The Assessments Coordinator will be responsible for tracking all assessments and reassessments associated with each individual client. This role will act as the main contact with clinicians for all inquiries regarding initial assessments and upcoming deadlines and communicating this to appropriate team members.

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Track assessments and reassessments to ensure submitted in proper authorization period.
    • Ensure that all tracking documents have been updated in a timely manner.
    • Acts as main contact for Board Certified Behavior Analysts when reassessment deadline is approaching, by sending reminders and updating all appropriate parties.  
    • Obtain all reassessment documents and ensure company systems are updated.
    • Provide assessment documents to appropriate team members once reviewed.
    • Audit all assessment dates ensuring that all assessments have been completed monthly.

     

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Advanced skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook and Smartsheets
    • Experience with Central Reach preferred.
    • Excellent attention to detail and has strong organizational skills.
    • Demonstrated ability to work with confidential information.
    • Ability to effectively manage multiple high-priority tasks while working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    • Excellent communication, problem-solving and organizational skills required.
    • Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to effectively produce insightful reporting.
