    Job Description

     

    SOFTWARE ENGINEER

    We are currently seeking to fill several web and network applications developer positions. Products will support executive management, process management, statistical and network analysis, data and telephony capabilities validation.

    DESCRIPTION Full Stack Developer with extensive experience in object-oriented programming using IDEs and different types of applications using C#, Java, HTML, WPF and jQuery. Must have experience with SQL queries and stored procedures. Must have good technical knowledge and keep up to date with the latest technical applications and trends.

     

    GENERAL DUTIES:

    • Develop effective, maintainable code in a timely manner
    • Maintain applications developed in object-oriented programming languages
    • Create or modify SQL stored procedures or tables
    • Analyze development code and file types
    • Capable of delivering on multiple competing priorities with minimal supervision.
    • Provide application support to external customers over the phone

     

    SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS: BS in Computer Science AND 3 – 5 years of relevant experience, General Programming Skills, Software Requirements Analysis, Software Development Fundamentals, Software Design, Software Debugging, Software Documentation, Software Testing, Problem Solving, Teamwork

     

    REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

    • 5+ years of experience with developing using a modern programming language
    • 3+ years of experience using Visual Studio and C#
    • Understanding and experience in using C# class libraries and objects
    • 5+ years of experience with data modeling, procedures, and indexing of relational databases, such as Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, or MySQL
    • Experience in web development and understanding of JavaScript libraries
    • Minimum active Top Secret clearance
    • Technical degree

     

    OTHER DESIRED EXPERIENCE

    • .Net WPF, WCF, ASP.Net, .Net Core, and MVC.Net
    • Smartphone development, such as android or IOS
    • Smartphone forensic development and/or understanding
    • Additional Web development knowledge, understanding JQuery, CSS, HTML 5
    • ORM experience, ex. EntityFramework
    • PHP development
    • Python development
    • Encoding and decoding of media content experience
    • Web API development
    • Google Maps API
    • Data processing and analysis programming

     

    CLEARANCE:

    Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and will need to meet eligibility requirements for a TS clearance.
