    WHAT WE’LL DO FOR YOU:

    · After 22 years of successful business in the financial services industry, we have our processes and systems nailed down. We will provide you with hands on training so you can be as effective and successful as possible in our team environment

    · You will also receive training on our products and the rationale behind why we support certain products and investments while avoiding others

    · We offer a comprehensive benefits package including company paid health insurance, paid vacation, sick leave, paid holidays, matching 401K plan, bonuses, and commissions.

    · Base salary commensurate with experience plus team bonus, and opportunities for commission from sale of new investment products.

    WHAT YOU’LL DO FOR US:

    · Built rapport and trusting relationships with existing clients in a manner that supports them coming to you with all of their investment questions and needs

    · Provide existing clients with a summary of their investments by reviewing statements, explaining how their investments have performed, and educating clients on our philosophies behind their investment strategies

    · Through quarterly case review of each existing client’s file, identify investment opportunities and educate clients on new options based on the market and their current circumstances

    · Proactively maintain a schedule of outbound communication with existing clients and collaborate with the Client Service Manager to see that all client requests for service be fulfilled adequately in a timely fashion

    · Upon completing internal training, be proficient with using our company’s internal client management system which houses every touch and every communication exchange with all of our clients

    · As needed, work in collaboration with the Client Service Manager to support administrative client service tasks such as changing beneficiaries, updating client profiles with changes to demographic information and/or sending clients a summary of their accounts

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

    · California Life & Health Insurance License

    · Must be licensed to provide investment advice by holding a Series 65 license, or one of the following designations: CFP or ChFC

    · If you have held a Series 7 license and Series 66 license within the last 6 months, you may also qualify

    · 2-3 years of client facing experience in the financial services industry

    BONUS POINT QUALIFICATIONS:

    · You have sold life insurance and/or annuities

    · You naturally create good rapport with others and enjoy building long term relationships with people

    · You love going through a client’s profile with the goal of finding what else we can do to help them
