Providence Staffing’s client is seeking a Financial Due Diligence Manager in Austin, Texas. The due diligence team currently works with private equity firms nationally and has a specialization in working on software target companies.

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of transaction services due diligence experience
• 2+ years of audit experience
• Experience writing Quality of Earnings reports
• Experience running deals from start to finish
• Experience with computing tools such as Alteryx
• CPA or CFA certification
• Strong accounting knowledge
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including graphs and pivot tables) and PowerPoint
• Strong technical writing skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• BBA, MPA or MBA a plus

Compensation:

The salary for this position will be based on qualifications and experience.
