This critical role will manage all phases of construction projects, from the demolition of existing structures to the completion of new mobile homes, ensuring that each project is executed efficiently, safely, and within budget.

     

    Key Responsibilities:

    \- Project Planning: Craft and implement detailed project plans, defining the scope, timelines, and budgets.

    \- Contractor Management: Carefully select and oversee contractors and subcontractors, ensuring their adherence to project specifications and quality standards.

    \- Budget Oversight: Diligently monitor and control project finances, making necessary adjustments to stay within budget.

    \- Construction Supervision: Direct all construction activities, ensuring compliance with local codes, safety norms, and project requirements.

    \- Quality Assurance: Implement quality control procedures to guarantee superior workmanship and material standards.

    Qualifications:

    \- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

    \- Expertise in construction methodologies, materials, and building codes.

    \- Exceptional project management abilities, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource management.

    \- Competence in interpreting construction plans and specifications.

    \- Strong communication and team collaboration skills.

    \- Knowledge of relevant construction laws, regulations, and permit processes.

    \- Independence in problem-solving and decision-making in a dynamic environment.

    \- Proficiency in construction management software and other relevant technological tools.

    \- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

     

    Compensation:

    A competitive salary between $58,000 and $65,000 per annum, complemented by an excellent benefits package.
