Providence Staffing's construction client in Knoxville, TN, is actively seeking an experienced Utility Foreman to lead and oversee construction projects. This role is crucial in ensuring that all work is completed in compliance with installation and safety standards while managing field operations for efficiency, cost management, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

\- Leading a construction crew (4-6 members), ensuring compliance with safety and installation standards.

\- Active involvement in field operations, emphasizing safety, compliance, and efficiency.

\- Managing and overseeing the full scope of construction activities, aligning with company procedures and regulatory compliance.

\- Traveling as required for various project sites.

\- Completing all necessary daily paperwork, including timesheets.

\- Training crew members in line with company safety policies.

\- Collaborating with project Superintendents for planning and executing project tasks.

\- Monitoring crew progress to align with project schedules and production goals.

\- Ensuring all work meets installation standards and compliance.

Qualifications:

\- High school diploma or equivalent.

\- Minimum of five (5) years of field experience in a foreman role.

\- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

\- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

\- Strong commitment to safety and quality.

\- Team-oriented with excellent leadership skills.

\- CDL is desirable.

\- Ability to troubleshoot, resolve issues efficiently, and offer innovative solutions.

\- Skilled in loading and unloading equipment, conducting routine maintenance, and recording operational data.

\- Proficient in utility installation techniques, blueprint reading, drafting, and overall project coordination.

Compensation:

A competitive hourly wage ranging from $25 to $32, plus an extensive benefits package.
