This vital role is designed for a candidate who demonstrates a strong proficiency in QuickBooks and brings at least two years of bookkeeping experience, preferably within a law firm or professional services environment.

Key Responsibilities:

\- Accurately managing all financial transactions and bookkeeping activities, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

\- Efficiently handling accounts payable and receivable, including client invoicing and tracking of payments.

\- Preparing financial reports on a monthly basis, offering insights into the firm’s financial health.

\- Conducting regular reconciliations of all accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness of the firm’s financial data.

\- Assisting with budget preparation and financial forecasting, contributing to the firm's strategic financial planning.

\- Managing payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate compensation for all employees.

\- Ensuring confidentiality and security of financial records in accordance with firm policies and legal requirements.

Qualifications:
