Providence Staffing is currently seeking a highly specialized Drug and Alcohol Management Information System Subject Matter Expert for our government client. This crucial role has been designated by the Government as key personnel, emphasizing its importance within the project. The successful candidate will be instrumental in assessing, developing, and managing the privacy and policy framework related to Substance Use Disorder Clinical Care and Army drug testing processes.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

\- Privacy Environment Assessment: Evaluate the current privacy environment to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.

\- Resource Organization: Allocate and organize necessary resources to achieve the project’s objectives efficiently.

\- Policy Development: Craft comprehensive policies, practices, and procedures to govern the system's operation and ensure adherence to legal and ethical standards.

\- Implementation and Maintenance: Implement the developed policies and procedures, ensuring their ongoing maintenance and relevance.

\- Problem Management: Address and manage any exceptions or issues arising from the application of policies, practices, and procedures, ensuring smooth operation.

Requirements and Qualifications:

\- Experience: At least 5 years of relevant experience in Substance Use Disorder Clinical Care and familiarity with Army drug testing processes.

\- Technical Proficiency: Solid experience with Oracle databases and the ability to construct complex SQL queries. Competence in testing system functionality and detailing bugs to developers is essential.

\- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify issues and develop practical solutions within the policy framework.
