Providence Staffing is currently seeking a highly skilled IT Technical Lead (Computer System Analyst) to oversee and ensure the exceptional performance of day-to-day operations and deliverables for a prestigious DoD contract. This role is pivotal in leading the contractor team, managing communication with stakeholders to provide mission updates, and executing various tasks as directed by management.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
\- Operational Management: Oversee the daily operations and ensure timely delivery of all contract deliverables.
\- Leadership: Serve as the primary Lead for the Contractor team, guiding and mentoring team members towards achieving project objectives.
\- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with stakeholders, delivering regular updates on project progress and milestones.
\- Task Execution: Efficiently handle and execute tasks assigned by management, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
Requirements and Qualifications:
\- Experience: Minimum of 5 years leading teams in IT system development and sustainment, with a strong focus on Oracle Development and Oracle database support in production environments. A solid background in data architecture, particularly with multi-tiered architectures, is required.
\- Cloud Management Expertise: At least 3 years of experience managing systems on Microsoft Azure Cloud in an Infrastructure As A Service (IAAS) environment.
\- Technical Proficiency: A robust background in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), systems configuration management, and proficiency in Java, SQL, Web page development, PLSQL, and ASP.
\- DoD Knowledge: Familiarity with DoD Security Standards and STIGs is essential.
\- Education: Relevant degree or certification in Computer Science, IT, or a related field is preferred.
