  • Responsibilities

    The Healthcare Provider Enrollment Specialist (Outbound) is a frontline production role responsible for outbound calling to healthcare providers (physicians, clinics, hospitals, and ancillary facilities) to recruit and facilitate their enrollment into a leading Medicare Advantage network.

    This is a high-volume, B2B outbound role requiring a professional phone presence, strong healthcare knowledge, and a high level of accuracy in documentation and data management. This position plays a critical role in expanding provider network participation and supporting access to care initiatives.

    Required Qualifications

    • High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree or coursework in healthcare administration, business, or a related field preferred
    • 1–2 years of outbound call center, inside sales, or customer-facing healthcare experience
    • Familiarity with healthcare terminology, insurance concepts, and provider–payer relationships
    • Strong verbal communication skills with a professional phone demeanor; ability to engage office managers, medical directors, and administrative staff
    • Accurate data entry skills and comfort navigating CRM platforms and multiple systems simultaneously
    • HIPAA awareness and ability to handle Protected Health Information (PHI) responsibly

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Prior experience in provider enrollment, credentialing, medical billing, or health insurance customer service
    • Experience with outbound dialer platforms (e.g., Five9, Genesys, NICE CXone)
