Title: Nursing Home Administrator

Locations: Colorado’s-Colorado Springs, Montrose, Grand Junction, and La Junta

Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Nursing Home Administrator. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of a skilled nursing facility. The Nursing Home Administrator will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations, maintaining quality standards of care, and managing financial performance.

What is needed for this position:

• Nursing Home Administrator license in the state of Colorado

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in nursing home administration

• Knowledge of federal and state regulations related to nursing home operations

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Demonstrated ability to manage financial performance and budget

• Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, staff, and the community

• Strong organizational and time management skills
