Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Executive Director on behalf of a leading provider. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of a large Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care Community. The Executive Director will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations, maintaining quality standards of care, and managing financial performance.

What is needed for this position:

• Active Executive Director Certification/License in WA
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Executive Director
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage financial performance and budgets
• Skills in developing and maintaining positive relationships with residents, families, staff, and the surrounding community
• Salary range is around $115,000 with $15,000-$20,000 Bonus.
