Key Requirements:

Active WA RN license.

At least 1-2 years of proven experience in MDS Coordinator in a Skilled Nursing setting.

Thorough knowledge of applicable regulations.

Excellent leadership, decision-making and communication skills.

Ability to identify needed process improvements and evidence-based solutions.
