Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Nursing Home Administrator on behalf of a leading provider. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of a skilled nursing facility serving a rural community in S/E New Mexico. The Administrator will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations, maintaining quality standards of care, and managing financial performance.
What is needed for this position:
Active Nursing Home Administrator license
Minimum of 2 years of experience in nursing home administration
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to manage financial performance and budgets
Skills in developing and maintaining positive relationships with residents, families, staff, and the surrounding community
