    Summary:

    Our client is looking for a strong Digital Analytics Manager show has the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under multiple deadlines, with minimal supervision and meeting specific timelines.

    Strong understanding of web analytics and ability to dive deep in to data to make decisions.

    Proven success in delivering onsite search strategies to win business required.

    Strong cross-functional team leadership, including the ability to gain the support of key stakeholders and subject matter experts from lowest to highest levels of responsibility required.

    Responsibilities:

    • Drive the product vision and roadmap for Search, which includes the systems that process millions of queries. Leverage competitive intelligence and internal data to uncover new opportunities and turn them into insights that align with company goals.
    • Ensure business and customer experience strategies are evaluated through business cases, translated into product roadmaps and product specifications that deliver customer benefits, meet financial goals, and ensure that systems are set up to scale.
    • Build a culture that fosters end-to-end ownership, efficient operating reviews, data-driven decision-making, strong cross-functional partnerships and willingness to take controlled risks to achieve results.
    • Actively manage key business stakeholders: product reviews, performance reporting, strategy sessions, prioritization based on impact/effort, partner to support their vertical growth, articulate solutions and remove roadblocks for the team.
    • Develop and maintain strategic plans for the onsite search & product content requirements - Defining the customer search path through insights from customers and industry best practices.
    • Drive execution of the onsite search and product content strategy, including, building & implementing innovative new search and navigation features while ensuring the alignment of the product roadmap to business goals.
    • Responsible for making adjustments as necessary to improve performance and customer satisfaction.
    • Drives the implementation of online merchandising strategies and segments to align with business goals.
    • Works cross-functionally with the product information, category, and marketing teams to establish direction and priorities for digital search and merchandising.
    • Evaluate, recommend and deliver highest priority content and assets to support online revenue growth.
    • Performs all duties inherent in the role of a Manager as defined in the Code of Conduct including hiring, termination, review, and development of associates.
    • Fosters the Culture in the department and throughout the company to ensure unity of purpose and fulfillment of the mission
    • Participates in special projects and performs additional duties as required

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required, MBA preferred.
    • 8+ Years eCommerce experience required, experience in search is a plus.
    • Minimum 3-5 years of experience hiring, developing and managing a team is required
    • Strong understanding of web analytics and ability to dive deep in to data to make decisions.
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal skills
    • Experience with Endeca Technology is strongly preferred
    • A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel up to 10% of the time is required.
