Summary:

Our award-winning client, a fast-growing, well-funded startup is looking for an experienced software Product Manager to join their team in Austin.

Responsibilities:

• Creating the requirements for new products, new features, and changes

• Understanding the needs of the requirements, then coming up with different options and opportunities and working with the Senior UX Designer to create mock-ups.

• Composing the acceptance criteria, following through with the engineering team (handoff), continuously communicating with the engineering team all the way through to the implementation.

• This will initially be an individual contributor role, but over the coming months the product team will be continuously growing and whoever joins as a Senior PM will be tasked with leading the team.

• The successful candidate will be someone who is a seasoned product manager with SaaS experience, who thrives on challenges and is able to combine confidence and decisiveness, with adaptability and flexibility.

• Someone who is eager to make a real difference in the growth of an innovative company and to have a direct impact on the continuous evolution of a fantastic product.

Required Skills and Experience:

Mandatory requirements:

• Extensive software product and SaaS experience

• 6-7 years of product management experience and 10-12 years of overall experience

• Extensive product management experience

• Familiarity with the sales and marketing process

• Knowledge of sales solutions like Salesforce, Calendly and Hubspot, from a product design perspective

• Agile methodology experience

• Good communication skills

• Team leadership skills
