Summary:
Our award-winning client is seeking a Field Service Technician to join their team. The Field Service Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing various types of equipment, machinery, and systems at our clients' sites. The successful candidate will work closely with our customers to ensure that their equipment is functioning correctly and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, and repair equipment and systems at customer sites.
Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment problems.
Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or in person.
Perform preventative maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Train customers on the proper use and maintenance of equipment.
Maintain accurate records of all work performed.
Communicate effectively with customers and other team members.
Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree preferred.
2+ years of experience in a similar role.
Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel to customer sites.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Ability to lift heavy equipment (up to 50 pounds).
