    Summary:

    Our award-winning client is seeking a Wealth Advisor to join their team. We are seeking an individual to assume the pivotal role of a primary relationship manager and investment professional, responsible for key client relationships. The primary focus is on fostering client loyalty, expanding wallet share, and generating client referrals.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead investment and financial planning services for clients, aiming to retain and expand wallet share through existing clients or external referrals.

    • Deliver exceptional service, creating an extraordinary client experience while assisting them in achieving their long-term financial goals.

    • Collaborate with business development advisors in final prospect meetings and articulate the investment and planning process in sales presentations.

    • Coordinate and participate in client events, concentrating on specific wealth topics of interest.

    • Develop and present client-focused advice solutions.

    • Execute client servicing standards by scheduling, preparing, and conducting periodic client meetings, including financial planning analysis, investment recommendations, and portfolio reviews.

    • Manage client portfolios by the company model and target allocations.

    • Stay updated on clients’ wealth management issues and needs, anticipating unspoken needs.

    • Cultivate client relationships across generations, emphasizing familial connections and generational planning.

    • Provide coaching, mentoring, and development support to associate and support advisor roles.

    • Maintain comprehensive records in the customer relationship management system, capturing all client interactions.

    • If applicable, refer business to other divisions at the client and company.

    • Assume additional responsibilities as needed.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree in business, finance, or a related field.

    • Experience in managing client household investments and financial planning.

    • Proven track record of retaining and developing client relationships through a consultative approach.

    • Series 7, 66, or 63/65 registration.

    • CFP preferred; CFA or CPA also desirable.

    • Experience in managing the sales cycle utilizing CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.

    • Strong presentation skills for individuals or large groups.

    • Influencing skills to drive results while collaborating with internal partners.

    • Coordination and partnership with other team members.

    • In-depth knowledge of investments and capital markets.

    • Experience in positioning and connecting various solutions.

    • Familiarity with financial statements and advanced financial planning software.

    • Self-starter with the ability to set priorities, manage responsibilities, and exceed client expectations.
