    Summary:

    Our award winning client is hiring for a Business Systems Analyst to work at their Raleigh office on a hybrid remote schedule.

    Responsibilities:


    • Configures/codes technology systems and ensures appropriate systems integration with dependent solutions; creates technical specifications when handing off to other technology resources for development; ensures all configuration, development and integrations are thoroughly tested and ready for deployment.

    • Maintains and upgrades existing technology systems.

    • Works with external vendors and product support analysts to troubleshoot system issues and provides resolution.

    • Works to understand the business processes supported by technology systems.

    • Collaborates with Product Owner, Product Manager, and other SME’s to identify and document business training materials.

    • Other duties as assigned.

    Required Skills and Experience:


    • Bachelor’s degree in Business/IT/Computer Science or related field OR a combination of education plus equivalent level work experience.

    • 2+ years’ experience in technology and software development processes

    • 2+ years’ experience in supporting business applications.

    • 2+ years’ business systems analyst experience in an Agile/Scrum software development environment preferred.

    • Experience working with business functions to understand and map processes to functional and technical specifications.

    • Ability to understand and represent the needs of the end user in a software development environment.

    • Functional configuration experience in one of the following: SAP/other ERP software and/or Salesforce/other CRM software.

    • Understanding of inbound/outbound interfaces is preferred.

    • Knowledge of SQL Databases and ability to write/run SQL queries a plus.

    • Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools (Tableau, Qlik, etc.).

    • Previous experience within the consumer products industry a plus.

    • Experience prioritizing multiple tasks, managing tasks, and adapting to changing environment.

    • Knowledge of process analysis and design preferred.

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required.

    • Self-starter and independent analytical thinker.
