Responsibilities:
- Greet clients with warmth and professionalism, answering calls and directing them to the appropriate staff.
- Manage conference room schedules, ensuring seamless transitions and efficient use of space.
- Log client visits, appointments, and document flow, ensuring accurate and organized information.
- Assist with copying, scanning, and preparing documents, upholding the firm's professional standards.
- Maintain a well-stocked pantry and an inviting lobby, fostering a comfortable space for clients and colleagues.
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced reception role, demonstrating excellent organizational skills.
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, building rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with various office technologies.
