    Summary:

    We are currently looking for a Relationship Manager to assist High Net Worth (HNW) clients with general items regarding their investments. This role will work closely with Managing Directors and Wealth Advisors.

    The Relationship Manager acts as the primary point of contact for client questions. This individual is responsible for the management and monitoring of the relationship ensuring a consistent positive client experience including working with the team to ensure all commitments are completed and followed through in a timely manner.

    The ideal candidate should exhibit high standards, excellent communication skills, good judgment, an ability to take initiative, and prioritize daily tasks. The ability to effectively manage time and multi-task with attention to detail is critical to this role.

    Responsibilities:

    • Client Relationship Management
    • Responsible for reviewing statements, forecasting review data, developing a meeting agenda format, creating presentations, case documentation and deliverables for all assigned clients
    • Prepare client deliverables including but not limited to: financial statements, reconciliations, performance reports, financial plans, guidebooks, legacy books, family-specific books, and other customized presentations
    • Demonstrate the ability to escalate potential client issues to Managing Director of Wealth Adviser as appropriate
    • Act as the primary point of contact for all clients interactions, working with applicable members of the team to ensure a timely response to all client questions and concerns
    • Develops and manages relationships with firm clients ensuring all clients have a consistent and positive experience
    • Establish and maintain positive relationships with existing firm clients to ensure client satisfaction

    Required Skills and Experience:

    • 2+ years of experience working in a Client Service / Relationship Management role
    • High Net Worth clientele experience preferred
    • Must have strong relationship management skills
    • Very personable
    • Very clear communication skills, verbal and written
    • Comprehensive knowledge of financial industry
    • Knowledge of investment vehicles and implementing allocation recommendations Schwab custodial knowledge a plus
    • Orientated to provide excellent Customer / Client service
