The ideal candidate will have a passion for recruiting top engineering talent and a proven track record of success in building and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates.
Responsibilities:
Partner with engineering managers to identify and understand hiring needs.
Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify and qualify potential candidates.
Conduct initial and follow-up interviews with candidates to assess their skills and experience.
Present qualified candidates to hiring managers and coordinate the interview process.
Negotiate and close offers with candidates.
Onboard new hires and provide support throughout their transition.
Required Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in engineering recruiting or a related field.
Strong understanding of the engineering landscape and the skills and experience required for various engineering roles.
Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems.
