They are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Engineering Recruiter to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for recruiting top engineering talent and a proven track record of success in building and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with engineering managers to identify and understand hiring needs.

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify and qualify potential candidates.

• Conduct initial and follow-up interviews with candidates to assess their skills and experience.

• Present qualified candidates to hiring managers and coordinate the interview process.

• Negotiate and close offers with candidates.

• Onboard new hires and provide support throughout their transition.

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in engineering recruiting or a related field.

• Strong understanding of the engineering landscape and the skills and experience required for various engineering roles.

• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems.
