Summary:

We are looking for a Plant Controller to work for an award winning manufacturing company and have a great opportunity to be the leader for a world leader in this company's product line.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the business planning process is complete, accurate and published on time for North America.
• Prepare month-end closings, financial forecasts, and consolidations
• Provide financial advice to manufacturing through the study of financial data
• Meet corporate reporting requirements of the division
• Managing, training, and evaluating accounting personnel
• Ensuring accuracy of physical inventory
• Controlling the flow of raw materials, tools, and other assets in the manufacturing department

Required Skills and Experience:

• 5+ years of Manufacturing Accounting and/or Controller experience
• Must have strong SAP experience
• Must have Strong Cost Accounting experience
• Plastic films experience is preferred, or any other blown / rolling operation such as steel, paper etc.
• High volume manufacturing experience
