Responsibilities:

• Partner with clients to achieve their goals

• Train clients to achieve their goals

• Build relationships with clients

• Proactive project and account management.

• Responsible for the overall quality and delivery of insights, strategies, and solutions.

• Developing and editing written documents that are vital to delivering world-class training programs.

• Ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget with exceptional service to the clients.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 4+ years of experience working in a Learning & Development (Training) Agency, or with a Marketing / Comms / PR / Events Agency, or Project Management in a Pharma Agency or Pharma Company

• Strong Account Management and Relationship skills

• Experience with developing a program from needs assessment through to delivering business results

• Experience using various forms of technology to enhance learning

• Bachelor’s degree required
