Responsibilities:

• Meticulously build complex components and sub-assemblies using technical documentation and diagrams.

• Perform rigorous quality checks throughout the assembly process, ensuring products meet our high standards.

• Identify and resolve issues during the startup phase, collaborating with engineers to find solutions.

• Conduct tests and calibrations to verify optimal product function and performance.

• Maintain detailed records of assembly, startup activities, and any adjustments made.

• Adhere to safety protocols and create a safe work environment.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (technical certification or relevant coursework a plus).

• 5+ years' experience in assembly and startup procedures (ideally in tech or manufacturing).

• Understanding of complex technical documentation and diagrams.

• Ability to use a tape measure.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Experience with wiring, blueprints, and assembly tools/equipment.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
