Summary:
We are looking for a passionate Sales Executive to join an established, fast-growing, venture capital-backed team in the Translations Solutions space. The Sales Executive's responsibilities include generating leads, making sales calls, continuously updating our CRM database, and meeting sales targets.
The organization is quietly disrupting the language and translation solutions industry by assembling a portfolio of high-performing and complementary language service providers, then adding value and leveraging synergies for the collective benefit of our companies and customers.
Responsibilities:
Research and identify new business opportunities within the assigned client base and with prospective new clients
Prioritize and pursue prospects or leads (contacts)
Communicate with prospects to identify appropriate contacts and qualify leads
Work an existing network of contacts for advocate referrals
Meet and exceed assigned target quotas for revenue and KPIs
Remain current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors
Enhance customer success by establishing and enforcing organization standards
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications and establishing personal networks
Develop and implement plans and sales strategies to identify opportunities
Provide timely documentation of all sales activity in company CRM
Create, maintain, and provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and funnel reports
Develop domain expertise in your assigned vertical market, identify emerging trends, and become a sales expert in the company’s solutions
Actively participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance
Flawlessly execute on company marketing campaigns
Be active on social media by promoting BIG-Language Solutions and yourself as a practicing professional and thought leader

Required Skills and Experience:
3+ years of end to end sales experience in the Language Translation Services and/or Solutions industry; or an award-winning background selling in the Financial Services Commercial Banking, Wealth Management, Private Banking, Asset Management.
Track record of exceeding sales metrics and goals
Strong consultative sales skills with a sense of urgency
Strong networking skillseh
