Summary:

Our award winning client is a leader in the packaging materials industry and has a midlevel opening for an Engineering Manager with an Extrusion background in Flexible Films.

Responsibilities:

• Support production and maintenance teams with technical expertise developing individuals skill sets for overall performance
• Identify and correct technical problems to maintain and improve manufacturing efficiencies in coordination with the Plant Manager
• Manage assigned departmental budgets and projects
• Lead and manage capital program
• Monitoring process equipment service histories to improve maintenance reliability
• Manage maintenance department including the Maintenance Manager and associates.
• Lead OEE improvement throughout facility

Required Skills and Experience:

• 3-5 years of Extrusion Engineering experience in the Flexible Film space
• Must have experience with extrusion & film
• Ability to effectively multi-task
• Ability to work with all levels of the organization
• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or Industrial Engineering
