    Summary:

    Our award-winning clientis seeking a motivated Process Engineer to join our team in Corvallis, Oregon. In this role, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation and efficiency of our processes, contributing to the success of our thin-film electronic devices and sensors fabrication.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and maintain detailed lab notebooks to document your activities.
    • Contribute to problem-solving efforts related to tool operation and repeatability.
    • Ensure run logs and data entry are completed accurately and promptly.
    • Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) meticulously.
    • Perform preventive maintenance and calibration tasks on essential equipment.
    • Provide feedback on potential improvements to work activities.
    • Learn to operate and maintain assigned equipment with expertise.
    • Understand and apply the scientific method to optimize processes.
    • Maintain a strong focus on quality and safety, identifying and correcting non-conforming activities.
    • Lead or participate in special projects aligned with team goals and targets.
    • Audit processes and monitor consumable availability.

    Required Qualifications:

    • 3+ years of experience in a similar process engineering role.
    • Associate's degree or higher in an appropriate field (e.g., engineering, science).
    • Understanding of automated and semi-automated process tooling, ideally in thin-film electronics or related fields.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
    • Willingness to work various shifts and overtime as needed.
    • Ability to pass a random drug test.
