    Summary:

    Our award-winning client is seeking a Reliability Superintendent to join their team. Our client, a leading International Chemical Company, seeks a results-oriented leader to join their growing team at our Salt Lake City, UT, or Concord, CA location. In this critical role, you will report to the Western Reliability Center Manager and play a pivotal role in ensuring the safe, reliable, and cost-effective operation of our production facilities.

    Responsibilities:

    • Supervise and coach a team of Reliability Specialists, fostering a culture of safety, quality, and productivity.
    • Collaborate with the Regional Reliability team to achieve strategic reliability goals.
    • Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting expertise, working in conjunction with engineering resources.
    • Ensure optimal execution of the outage planning process and PM/PdM programs.
    • Champion the use of EAM systems for efficient resource management and data integrity.
    • Drive the resolution of high-impact issues with a sense of urgency and a focus on continuous improvement.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering with 5 years of industrial reliability/maintenance experience (OR) minimum of 10 years of experience in the field.
    • Minimum 3 years of supervisory or leadership experience in industrial reliability/maintenance.
    • Proven experience with a wide range of industrial equipment, including compressors, turbines, rotating equipment, motors, and electrical systems.
    • Strong understanding of preventive and predictive maintenance (PM/PdM) principles.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead and collaborate effectively.
    • A self-starter with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure and prioritize effectively.
    • Proficiency in computer applications (MS Office Suite, etc.).
