    Summary:

    Our distinguished client is in search of a National Strategic Account Manager to enhance their team. This role is pivotal in leading and integrating significant local and national efforts, strategic initiatives, and growth opportunities with key electrical ESCO distributor partners. Collaboration with local and national sales teams and agents is key to ensuring exceptional support and connection with customer accounts.

    Responsibilities:

    \- Lead annual strategic planning with distributors, ensuring continuous support and monitoring.

    \- Serve as a liaison to expedite sales opportunities and address customer issues promptly.

    \- Drive growth by identifying key areas and leading efforts to increase product distribution share.

    \- Spearhead, support, and evaluate the impact of marketing campaigns across scales, incorporating customer insights.

    \- Analyze competitor offerings, gather market intelligence, and identify opportunities for product line expansion.

    \- Promote teamwork and transparency between the company and customer organizations for enhanced efficiency.

    Required Qualifications:

    \- Demonstrated ability to motivate and influence teams indirectly for action and results.

    \- Exceptional skills in building and sustaining long-term, beneficial customer relationships.

    \- Proven capability in managing tasks and teams indirectly, prioritizing effectively to meet goals and deadlines.

    \- Competence to collaborate across various organizational levels, achieving results with professionalism.

    \- Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal, for clear and effective idea and suggestion presentation.

    \- Strong organizational aptitude, capable of managing multiple tasks within set timeframes in a dynamic environment.

    \- Solid history of fostering robust relationships internally and externally, including with C-level executives.

    Education and Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree completed or in-process with regular progress; additional degree(s) desirable.

    • 7-10 years of sales experience, preferably within the electrical industry.

    • Management experience preferred.

    Environment:

    • Valid driver’s license and able travel unassisted and without restrictions.

    • Position requires 50-75% national travel.

    • Position will work from a remote home office when not traveling.
