Our client a leading non-profit research and development company, seeks a Subcontracts Analyst to join our collaborative team in Cambridge, MA. In this role, you'll play a key role in supporting successful project execution by managing subcontracts for government and commercial contracts.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of subcontracts, from solicitation to completion.
- Analyze proposals, assess risks, and negotiate terms.
- Issue modifications, manage change orders, and monitor performance.
- Ensure contractual compliance and manage payments.
- Develop sound business cases and analyze complex data.
- Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with 5-8 years of experience in subcontract management, contracts, procurement, or proposal analysis.
- Secret or Top Secret Clearance required.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and resolve conflicts.
- Experience with Cost Reimbursement, Cost Plus Fixed Fee, and Firm Fixed Price contracts.
- Strong understanding of FAR/DFARS regulations.
- Excellent communication, writing, and analytical skills.
- Proactive, flexible, and results-oriented with a keen eye for detail.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and a willingness to learn new tools.
