    Summary:

    Our award winning client has a track record of success and growth in the Midwest region as a fee only, open architecture independent Registered Investment Advisor providing comprehensive planning and investment management. In order to better service clients and increase their footprint in the area, the firm is looking to open and build out local teams in a number of geographic market, with other locations open to consideration.

    The Wealth Advisor will help lead this effort in their region, with the opportunity to report directly to/over time become an active part of the Firm's executive leadership. The firm, while autonomous in its day to day operations, is well financed as part of a financial services holding company and has meaningful lead generation opportunities.

    The Firm has a diverse, open architecture investment offering including traditional investment strategies and vehicles as well as hard to source, alternative and private investment opportunities. Extensive support and infrastructure provided via established head office team.

    Teams, lift-outs and acquisitions are also of interest.

    Responsibilities:

    • Focus on developing and growing comprehensive high touch HNW relationships
    • Provide strategic advice across a variety of financial products and services
    • Assess client’s overall financial picture, understand their needs and develop a solid financial plan
    • Guide clients towards a profitable and secure financial decision
    • Cultivate client base and build win-win relationships
    • Network, generate leads and grab opportunities to sell mutual funds, stocks, bonds etc to meet sales quotas
    • Keep abreast of new industry’s trends and research market to back up financial consulting
    • Oversee the course of the financial plan and update it, if necessary, to ensure profits
    • Comply with all industry rules and regulations
    • Liaise with providers, solicitors, values and other professionals

    Required Skills and Experience:

    • 5 + years of Wealth or Financial Advisor experience
    • Must have extensive experience working with high-net worth clients
    • Must have an established track record of developing new business, and ideally portable AUM Assets under management (AUM)
    • Advisors with experience working with clients in the medical field a plus.
