Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Supply Chain Analyst for our award winning client. Our client will provide training and development opportunities, career progression as they promote from within and value a team oriented and collaborative culture. They are a large, well-established CPG company. You will be working with a lean team - be exposed to lots of different areas within the supply chain to develop skills.

Responsibilities:

• Ensures that product forecasting to replenishment (i2DP to i2SCP) workflow is accurate and timely
• Ensures that Frozen Products forecasting to commodity planning (IBP) workflow is accurate and timely
• Provides support to Functional Leads in North America and ensures that workflows and data flows are accurate and timely
• Coordinates with Asia teams and are JDA Hosting partners on weekly, periodic & annual workflows
• Ensures status reporting on Supply Chain key performance indicators, such as Inventory reporting on Frozen business, and global forecast accuracy
• Identifies business processes in need of improvement
• Identifies technology solutions best suited for Supply Chain operations
• Provides North America Operations group with reporting from SAP/BW/i2/IBP for various processes, including budgeting, and deciduous purchases
• Provides North America Operations group with data analysis from various systems
• Supports the Operations team globally on SAP
• Performs annual maintenance on all supply chain solutions, such as i2DP, i2SCP, and IBP systems
• Other duties as assigned working with all areas of operations

Required Skills and Experience:

• Must have Supply Chain Planning systems experience
• Preferably has worked on supply chain systems implementation
• Supply chain systems implementation / maintenance experience preferred
• SAP / JDA / i2 / or other planning systems experience preferred
• Understands business processes and the technical specifications of data interfaces between different systems
• Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office
